In the annals of reporting completely missing the point and getting the story completely wrong, Politico's story today criticizing Harry Reid's comments about Alan Greenspan got it exactly backward.

When Reid criticized Greenspan, Reid was completely right, and Greenspan completely wrong. Reid in his criticism was fighting for workers, while Greenspan in his arrogance and ideology was promoting bank and Wall Street abuses that caused the great crash of our times, the great recession of our age and the great pain of joblessness that continues to this day.
