Joining Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) at the top of the Luckiest Candidates of 2010 list is Jane Norton of Colorado.

Reid's candidacy, of course, has gone from the political emergency room to recovery ever since Sharron Angle won the GOP primary on June 8. She runs from reporters at her own press conferences, tells inquiring voters that job creation won't be in her job description as a senator, and her own supporters are calling campaign headquarters begging for an explanation of how this all went so wrong.
