The Etch A Sketch made a splash on the political scene Wednesday, and the company was happy to note that their product was "drawing attention" and "shaking up the national debate."

“Nothing is as quintessentially American as Etch A Sketch and a good old fashion political debate,” said Nicole Gresh, a spokeswoman for The Ohio Art Company, in a statement released to multiple media outlets. “It is too early to tell, but we are hopeful to see if there is an uptake in sales given this recent exposure.”
