House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is using Republicans’ anti-abortion agenda do some serious fundraising.

In an e-mail to supporters Saturday morning, Pelosi solicited donations for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s “Women’s Health Rapid Response Fund.” Pelosi said she’s hoping to raise $100,000 for the fund “so we can hold the Republicans accountable.”

Pelosi blasted Republicans’ “extreme agenda,” arguing that it would “punish women and businesses by increasing their taxes if their health insurance covers the full range of reproductive health care.”

“We cannot and must not stay silent in the face of this extreme effort to undermine women’s health and reproductive freedom in our country,” Pelosi continued.

The fundraising e-mail comes as Republicans unveiled two anti-abortion bills this week. The legislation would block funding for abortions in the health care law and c! ut funding for Planned Parenthood, among other things.
