The Navy captain accused of showing sexually vulgar and explicit videos to his crew was relieved of duty on Tuedsay afternoon.

Four-star Admiral John C. Harvey, the commander of the Navy's Fleet Forces, relieved U.S.S. Enterprise Captain Owen Honors from duty, according to a report in the Virginian-Pilot.

Honors's ouster came after video came to light featuring the aircraft carrier captain using sexually explicit and vulgar behavior including imitating masturbation, Honors using a homophobic slur, and skits with suggestive shower scenes.

The videos were broadcast on the ship's television system during weekly movie nights when Honors was the ship's second in command. Honors was since promoted to commander of the Enterprise! .

Honors has refused interview requests.
