Democrats showcased a video before their members on Tuesday showcasing what they see as the differences between the parties going into this fall’s elections. 

Democratic lawmakers screened a short video based on this past weekend’s Sunday shows, in which top Republicans appear to suggest a return to the policies they had sought during the administration of President George W. Bush.

The video features leading Democrats raising the specter of a return to Bush-era policies, compared to Republicans, who in the clips stop short of detailing their policy plans. 

To be fair, Republican leaders plan to detail their solutions to problems throughout the fall. Their proposals, they have said, will be driven by some of their interactive programs, like “America Speaking Out,” that the GOP has sought to promote in recent months.
