House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.) claims to have never had a bad Twitter moment. Perhaps that’s because she loves to tweet, and uses her 140 characters to comment on everything from a warning to sleepy-heads to getting called "the big bad wolf" by Cuba’s Fidel Castro. As a member of Congress, she was an early adopter of the microblogging service.

She told The Hill how she continues to use Twi! tter as part of her work on Capitol Hill in this week's Follow Friday Q&A.
