Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) celebrated her state’s holiday Tuesday by handing out a local Alaskan ale to at least one of her Senate colleagues.

Murkowski, ranking Republican on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, tweeted a picture of the hand-off to the committee’s chairman, Sen. Jeff Bingaman (D-N.M.). Murkowski is shown handing over a gift bag and holding an Alaskan Amber Beer.

“I'm wishing all my Senate colleagues a Happy Alaska Day with gift packs, and hand-delivered one to Sen. Bingaman,” Murkowski tweeted along with the picture.
