Herman Cain plans to launch a nationwide radio ad buy Tuesday on the Rush Limbaugh show promoting 999MeansJobs.com, a new website defending the Republican presidential candidate's economic plan.

"The surge in fundraising we have experienced recently has put us into a position to take our message to Republican primary voters across the nation," said Mark Block, the campaign's chief of staff, in a statement. "Both our national and state strategies are buoyed by this ad campaign. Herman Cain recorded a message speaking directly to voters and we believe this will begin to solidify our support in all fifty states."

Cain's campaign announced earlier Monday that it had already raised more than $3 million in the month of October.
