Mitt Romney thinks teleprompters make sense.

Republicans have lambasted President Obama for his reliance on a teleprompter, often needling him for reading from prepared remarks rather than making off-the-cuff speeches at smaller occasions. But Obama's presumptive Republican challenger told Fox News host Sean Hannity that he understands the president's use of the device.

Romney's admission comes from a clip leaked by the Fox News "mole" â€" a former employee of the network named Joe Muto who began posting inside video and anecdotes from the Fox studios earlier this week to the website Gawker before being discovered and fired. The video was from an unaired pretaped segment before an interview in Las Vegas.
