Americans should speak out to encourage investment in workforce training (Rep. Brett Guthrie)

My colleagues and I have made a concerted effort to listen to the American people. And what I have heard is the need to do something about job creation. I’ve been in office for 18 months, and since then, all Washington has done is spent trillions of dollars expanding the federal government awhile millions of Americans have lost their jobs and our unemployment rate is 9.5 percent.
