Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D) will appear on several shows over the weekend for the first time since a judge declared a mistrial in a corruption case against him.

Blagojevich will appear on NBC's "Today" show on Friday, while "Fox News Sunday" will host the former governor on Sunday, and Comedy Central's "Daily Show" will have him as its guest on Monday.

Fox scored the disgraced former governor after a jury was deadlocked on 23 of 24 counts in a case against him alleging that he'd sought to sell President Obama's old Senate seat.

Blagojevich will talk about his trial, which convicted him of making false statements to investigators, during the show, though he'll likely have to watch his words; prosecutors have said they'll seek a retrial.
