Rick Santorum will be in Mars, Pennsylvania on Tuesday night, the night of a trio of primaries in Wisconsin, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Santorum made a similar decision to have his primary-night party in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania during the night of the Illinois primary, which Mitt Romney won by more than ten points.

Santorum's choice to be in Pennsylvania the night of the primaries could be an admission that he doesn't expect to do well in any of the contests. A recent Marquette Law School poll found Romney leading Santorum in the state, 39 percent to 31 percent. Still, Santorum has publicly said that there could be an upset in his favor there. In recent days Santorum has devoted most of his campaigning to Wisconsin.

"We're looking at what may be a nailbiter tomorrow â€"least I hope it is," Santorum said at a campaign event in Wisconsin on Monday. 

Santorum has also voiced strong optimism that he will win his h! omestate primary on April 24.

Mitt Romney is planning on hosting his primary night party in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
