Herman Cain said Tuesday that his presidential campaign is "moving on" from discussing the allegations of sexual harassment that continue to dog his campaign.

Cain's statement came the day after the ex-boyfriend of Sharon Bialek, one of four female accusers, held a press conference with lawyer Gloria Allred to encourage Cain to admit to the alleged incidents. Allred said that she brought the man, Victor Zuckerman, forward because of Cain's continued denial of her client's accusations.

"If he hadn't denied it, we wouldn't be here today," Allred said. "He wants to end this, he should just come clean. We'll have to see what happens next."
