 The latest developments in what appears to be an internal meltdown at National Public Radio (NPR) only strengthen my resolve to eliminate all federal funding for NPR and its parent organization, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). The resignations of NPR President Vivian Schiller and Vice President Ron Schiller (no relation) come in the wake of a string of missteps at the publicly funded radio outlet.

The undercover video released this week is appalling. I am amazed at the condescension and arrogance that we saw in the video. The leadership at NPR is obviously out of touch with ordinary Americans.

It is clear that NPR needs to rework its business model and begin competing in the free market for its income.
