postheadericon Locked-out NBA stars to play in Obama 2012 fundraiser

While negotiations between players and owners in the NBA lockout have deteriorated to the point that the entire season may be in jeopardy, one prominent basketball fan has figured out how to turn lemons into lemonade - President Obama.

The president is planning the "Obama Classic Basketball Game," a pickup game - and fundraiser for the president's reelection campaign -  featuring more than two dozen of the sport's current and past all stats.

Confirmed guests include Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets, Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat, and Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic.
