Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman called his opponent Mitt Romney "unelectable" on NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday.

"I think that what the American people want today, more than anything else, is a level of consistency,” he said. “They want trust. They want a level of trust in their elected officials.”

He said that Romney's inconsistency on issues such as abortion, gun rights and health care makes him "unelectable" in a matchup with President Obama.
