A House Republican woke up with a TV crew on Thursday.

Rep. Paul Gosar's (R-Ariz.) staff live-tweeted the start of his day, from "bed head" to making coffee as the congressman was filmed for a segment planned to air sometime in the future on KSL TV, an NBC affiliate in Salt Lake City.

According to Apryl Marie Fogel, Gosar's spokeswoman who was writing the tweets while hiding from the cameras, a "typical day" for Gosar starts between 5:30am-6am: "wake up and start coffee, read the morning papers & watch morning! news," she tweeted.

"After morning news it's off to shower then breakfast before the staff get in. Then it's committee meetings, constituent mtings & events," continues his schedule.
