Rush Limbaugh thinks conservatives will see right through what he characterized as baseless, racial attacks. Cain must mitigate the damage from this new firestorm, most of which he created by changing his story throughout the day yesterday. He didn't know who the accusers were, then he remembered. He didn't know of any settlement, then he recalled it amounted to roughly three months’ severance. The whole response was a public-relations disaster, particularly since Cain knew about the story for almost two weeks.
