Gingrich approves singer Timberlakeâs ode to the military

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich took time on Monday to check out singer Justin Timberlake’s blog.Â
Gingrich tweeted: “A nice note from pop/movie star Justin Timberlake about attending Marine Corps Ball http://nydn.us/uXdHDqâ€
While Gingrich spent part of his weekend participating in Saturday’s GOP debate, Timberlake attended the Marine Corps’ 236th Birthday Ball Sunday in Richmond, Va. He escorted Cpl. Kelsey DeSantis at her request, and blogged Sunday afternoon that he was “moved … by the whole experience.â€
