Herman Cain's campaign manager Mark Block accused the Rick Perry campaign of planting the story of sexual harassment allegations against Cain during an interview Wednesday on Fox News.

"‪Rick Perry needs to apologize to Herman Cain, his family, and America for this despicable story‬," Block said.

Cain told Forbes magazine earlier Wednesday that he believed Curt Anderson, a former consultant on Cain's unsuccessful Senate bid, about the harassment allegations in 2004. Anderson now works for OnMessage, Inc., a consulting group that works for the Perry presidential campaign.
