A GOP congressman was impatient to receive his own copy of President Obama's $447 billion jobs bill on Monday.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) tweeted:

What was #Obama holding in the Rose Garden today? Did he leave it sitting on the podium? We still don't have it. Where's the bill?

President Obama held up a copy of the American Jobs Act during a televised speech on Monday morning.

Congress received the bill shortly Gohmert's Twitter complaint.

"Finally," Gohmert tweeted, along with a link to the full text of the bill.

The bill is 155 pages and likely to keep many congressiona! l offices working late Monday evening.
