The upcoming memoir co-written by Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.) and her husband, Mark Kelly, has a cover design and release date as of Wednesday.

The book is called Gabby: A Story of Courage and Hope, and features a cover photo of Kelly with his arms around Giffords. The release date is listed as Nov. 15, 2011.

Publisher Scribner announced the book on June 21, billing it in the press release as "a deeply personal account of Mark Kelly’s and Gabrielle Giffords’ lives together."

According to Scribner, the book will include the couple's courtship, Giffords's political career, Kelly's career as a pilot and astronaut, and both the event and aftermath of the Jan. 8, 2011 shooting of Giffords, where she suffered a gunshot wound to the head.

Giffords is currently undergoing a rigorous physical rehabilitation program as an out-patient living at home with her family.
