Former Nevada Senate candidate Sharron Angle (R) said Friday that she's keeping the door open to a political comeback.

Angle, the Tea Party candidate beaten by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) in the 2010 election, didn't name any specific opportunities she might pursue, but said she was keeping the option on the table nonetheless.

"I haven't closed every door," she said on NBC's "Today" show. "Everything is open to me."

Angle had sought to run for the House seat vacated by Dean Heller (R) after he was appointed to replace resigned Sen. John Ensign (R) in the Senate. But she withdrew from the race, citing complaints about the election process.

In the meantime, Angle is promoting her new book, Right Angle.
