Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) plans to release a memoir next year, according to reports on Monday.

Rubio's book, which does not have a publication date, will be published by Sentinel, an imprint of the Penguin Group. The book's tentative release date will be in the fall of 2012.

The book will detail Rubio's rise in the GOP party, as well as the history of his parents' emigration from Cuba.
