Education Secretary Arne Duncan said he feels “very badly” for children in Texas, given the state’s poor education system.

“Texas has really struggled, and I feel very, very badly for the children there,” Duncan said in an interview with Bloomberg TV’s “Political Capital with Al Hunt” airing Friday night. “Texas may have the lowest high school graduation rate in the country.”
