In the upcoming debates, and all debates to come, my advice to the Ron Paul campaign is that he call on Mitt Romney to release his tax returns, as I suggested in my last column.

I will not elaborate here, at this time, but doing the math from public sources, my guess is that Romney paid very low taxes. It would add insult to injury if his great wealth and low tax payments were from huge profits from Wall-Street type deals in which Romney forced major layoffs.

Ron Paul can turn up the heat against Romney in the debates.
