Gingrich says he'll 'disown' staffers who go negative

As the GOP front-runners intensified their attacks on each other, Newt Gingrich pledged Monday that his campaign would maintain a "positive" tone.

"Tomorrow morning, I will release a letter to staff and consultants indicating my determination to run a positive campaign," said Gingrich.

He added that he would "disown any super-PAC or staff member" who participated in negative attacks on rival GOP candidates.
