Some people just don't know their own interest. Ron Paul is back with his weirdo economics trying to prevent the Federal Reserve from helping the economy. Republicans claim victory for a debt-ceiling deal that might crash the economy. Dick Morris chortles about liberals after Obama uses Morris's plan that helped reelect Bill Clinton.

Gosh, I like Ron Paul, but on economic policy he is a loony tune sometimes, and when he pushes proposals that would crash the world economy he sure loses me. No doubt Obama got rolled big time and liberals (including me) are furious, but do Republicans really want to take credit for this dastardly and rancid deal?
