During his State of the Union speech in January, President Obama said we must “out-innovate, out-educate, and out-build” the rest of the world. America’s business leaders heartily agree. But how do we put these words into action? 

Among the many ideas being discussed, one, in particular, can wait no longer: we must secure key free trade agreements that will support our economy, our innovation-based industries, and jobs in the U.S.
